Indigenous Strategy

In the past year we rolled out our Indigenous Strategy in partnership with Indigenous Works. The heart of this multiyear roadmap is on Reconciliation.

Our key priorities are:

  • Attracting, developing and retaining Indigenous talent
  • Creating and inclusive and equitable Workplace
  • Building cultural awareness amongst all levels of the organization.

Business Resource Groups

Since 2016, an integral part of people led initiatives within our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging agenda at Unilever Canada has been the growth and progression of Business Resource Groups (BRGs).
